Driven by curiosity, Ray asked Mr. Roney, "Mr... Can you talk?"
Mr. Roney felt annoyed, "That's rude! And just call me Roney. I don't like formalities. Besides, I'm still young."
"I didn't mean to insult, but... You're always quiet."
Mr. Roney sighed, then said, "You still don't understand? Look at me carefully."
Ray did as Mr. Roney instructed. He tried to observe Mr. Roney's entire body and found nothing unusual. And because he kept observing, he realized that Mr. Roney's skin didn't have a single scratch. This made him doubt Mr. Roney's true identity.
Shouldn't a soldier always have some scars on their body?
Is it because Mr. Roney is in the wizard unit and fights behind the swordsmen?
"You still haven't found anything strange?" Mr. Roney clarified his voice, trying to give Ray a clue with that.
