Unlike Zhuang Country, Qi Country did not have a separate institution for handling Transcendent cases.
Instead, no matter the case, it was all uniformly dealt with by the government authorities.
Constables across the lands, from ordinary to Transcendent of all ranks, were distinguished by different levels and enjoyed different resources.
Ranking was not determined by cultivation level, but by the level of cases solved. For instance, if one solved three cases involving suspects of the Ascending Dragon Realm, they could be promoted to a Grade-6 arrest officer. Because arrest officers beyond Transcendent were all issued with green waist badges, as opposed to the usual black ones, people often referred to them as Qing brand catchers.
