The previously leading insect writhed its body, its human body remarkably sprouting numerous insect-like chitinous back stings. Its body was flowing with a sort of green flame, and had grown three times its original size, presenting a half-human half-insect form.
The Insect Man laughed loudly. "Companions, I have evolved into a higher-level Back Ridge Insect Man. Humans are indeed the best breeding ground for Chaos Flames, as long as we parasitize them, we can evolve rapidly."
It glared at Ivita sinisterly. "Wizard. I fear you no more. Now this entire port city shall become a breeding ground for the Chaos Abyss."
As it said this, a claw from its hand lunged over to attack Ivita, but was blocked by the Knight Sun Shield held single-handedly by Knight Robinson.
The weapons used by Knight Robinson had all been blessed by the Church. Hence, they were not ordinary weapons, rather impressively strong ones.
Thus, the Sun Shield was not damaged in the slightest.
