Numerous nations have issued countless arrest warrants for them, but they have failed to eradicate them. However, it would be beneficial to everyone if you could eliminate them, because their presence has reduced Mediterranean trade by at least fifteen percent."
Ivita glanced at the register again and suddenly frowned. "Among these two groups, there are two very troublesome individuals, each with a fifth level Witch Marquis in their service. A witch of such rank rarely serves under someone else, why would they pledge allegiance to them?"
Tartax replied: "The captains of the Nightmare and Black Light have possession of many marine resources, which could potentially be used to secure the loyalty of these witches."
