Before she could finish speaking, lightning suddenly shot from Ivita's hand. Under this lightning strike, the obsidian necklace made a 'clang' sound and then shattered.

Realizing this, she kept retreating until she back up into the carriage, at which point she started desperately seeking help from the people gathered around.
