He guessed that the 'Mother of the Sea' was likely just an Evil God that had somehow been birthed from the depths of the ocean, akin to the Black Granny.
The remaining seven Naga Priests took the initative to blow their sea conch, causing water spikes to erupt from the surface of the sea, attacking the seagulls that were observing them from above. As the seagulls fell as corpses into the sea, the Naga forces gradually started to retreat from the ship where Ivita and his crew were.
Captain Sam and the other captains hurriedly ordered their sailors to manage the sails. They needed to quickly regroup on the Floating Sea, and then assess their losses.
