Ivita appeared at the foot of the mountain and found Jace and Dave, simply saying to them, "I am not of the Raven People, as you both know. Therefore, I am now leaving this country. You two can continue to stay here, or you can leave with me."
"I now possess four independent countries. Wherever you wish to go, you will find a suitable place."
"This is to thank you for helping me obtain the Dragon King's Fire."
Jace and Dave hesitated for a moment, exchanging glances.
Ivita's promise was wonderful, and only a young king like him could make such a promise.
But they were rural folk of the Raven Kingdom, and while they weren't particularly passionate in their love for their country's monarch, the land now lay shattered, and they yearned for the old soil of the past, wanting to make a last effort for their homeland.
