But this was not the Moving Mountain Visualization Diagram at the Spiritual Root stage.
Rather, it was the Moving Mountain Seal developed by Wei Cheng, using the Spirit Stabilizing Spell from the Thousand Mechanism Hall and basic runes. Continually improving on that formula, he created the still-not-quite-perfect Great Move Mountain Seal!
During his previous battle with the Demon King Liquor Worm, Wei Cheng had no opportunity to unleash this seal. Its windup was too long, it didn't give him a chance to charge up and show off its power at all.
For the full Great Move Mountain Seal, he needed to quietly summon 240 basic runes through a five-layer structure, repeating the process time and time again, in order to produce this effect.
