The first step was to project, which meant that the expedition army would enter the target world's nearby star field in the form of large-scale temporary transmission;
The second step was to take root, meaning the expedition army would first find a suitable planet to establish a Rear Camp, and then break into the target world to establish a Bridgehead—the Front Line position;
The third step was conquest, focusing on eliminating the target world's main resistance, regardless of the loss or gain of one city or one territory;
The fourth step was administration, to establish a Puppet Government as the situation demanded, or rule directly;
The fifth step was harvesting, with Servant Soldier Origin Worlds and Resource Worlds each producing outputs, all of which were beneficial.
The Grande Sage Army had just completed the first step and was about to proceed with the second step, taking root.
