With a regretful sigh, Link exited the wondrous state, opened his eyes, and began to ponder meticulously.
According to some documents and records he had read, upgrading from a Tier 3 Wizard to a Tier 4 Wizard (Sage) required three conditions to be met:
The first was to meet the basic requirements of spiritual power, magic power, witchcraft, and knowledge;
The second was to perceive part of the rules and, based on the perceived rules, create a Fourth Ring witchcraft ability, demonstrating a rudimentary application of the perceived rules;
