"Understood, thank you, Sage Serene,"
Upon hearing this, Link pondered and expressed his gratitude sincerely.
"Call me Serene Wizard instead, it sounds better."
Getting up to leave, Wizard Selene made an offhand remark before leaving.
"Alright, Wizard Serene."
Link readily assented and escorted Wizard Selene to the door.
Once Wizard Serene had driven her hover-car away, Link himself climbed into the spare vehicle and drove to the Senior Division's administrative building.
Sage Palo had scheduled an appointment for him with Dean Frist. He couldn't afford further delays.
Top floor, dean's office.
"Hello, Dean."
Just before sitting down, Link greeted.
"Hmm."
Dean Frist scrutinized Link and responded indifferently, casually asking, "Are there still barriers between you and the academy?"
Link bit his lower lip and decided to answer honestly, "Partly yes, and partly no."
"Which parts yes, and which parts no?"
Dean Frist continued to probe.
