As time passes, every moment, every breath, every second rushes by, how difficult it is to control time.
Yet as time elapses, it leaves traces, both in the world and upon the human body.
Through these traces, time can be observed and, with Heavenly Immortal Dao Power, even controlled.
To control time within one's own body, one must first control the body itself.
Ordinary people seek longevity, creating fist techniques by imitating various wild animals, practicing diligently to keep their internal organs youthful and their bones younger than those of their peers, extending their lifespan; can this be considered having controlled the time of bodily aging, claiming a few more years of life from the heavens?
Cultivators are even more so, being divine and immortal beings of Qi, constantly on the pursuit of 'delaying' time in their journey towards everlasting life.
