He had initially hoped, before the opening of the Dan God Secret Realm, to be able to improve his alchemy skills to the level of Grandmaster or Great Perfect Level. Who would have thought that after understanding the 'Creation Method', he would evolve to the Qi Refining Tenth Layer.
Otherwise, he would have probably had two or three years left after breaking directly from the ninth layer to Foundation Establishment. He would have had ample time to focus solely on Alchemy and upgrade this skill to the Grandmaster or Great Perfect Level.
However, even though his alchemy skills were only at the Great Achievement Level, they would probably be enough in the Dan God Secret Realm. After all, his main goal is to enter the Cave Mansion. As for the alchemy room, he could check it out if he had the opportunity.
