It did not surprise the Day Wandering God when Bull Head stepped forward at the crucial moment.
The Netherworld Commander Bull Head was the most opposed to invading the Yang World among the 10 Netherworld Commanders, but due to internal and external pressure in the Netherworld, he ultimately could not stand firm till the end and chose to tacitly consent to the affair.
Even so, in the end, Bull Head merely aligned himself with the Samsara King, the least of the 10th Hall Yama, maintaining nominal obedience without subservience.
