Both men had been completely "drained" by that new Vampire NPC, and I mean truly drained. They not only gave away all the Gold Coins the Scarlet Hammer Sickle Group had saved up over time but were even forced to write an IOU to the flat-chested vampire mechanic in order to get back the legendary "Westerburg City's Great Secret Treasure"!
