The Plague Ghoul Lord is a top-tier creature of the underworld. In the book of the moon of the Sanghai Empire, this creature is listed alongside ancient creatures such as the Mummy Lord, Cerberus the Hound of Hell, and Thanatos the god of death. It is one of the most dangerous creatures created by the gathering and evolution of death psychic power in the material world.
