The Dust Beater shook his head, made a wooden marker at their current spot, and led his teams towards the endpoint of the ancient sewer system.
However, after they left, a head suddenly emerged from the still water pit.
It looked similar to a ghoul but its skin was not so ruined, instead, it was pale and bloated.
This was a water ghost, a variant of the ghoul.
But this water ghost clearly was not right. It didn't exhibit the chaos and madness of other water ghosts; silently, it crawled out of the pit and circled around the Dust Beater's marker before ripping it out and tossing it into the water.
