Murphy immediately found the underlying reason why Dust Beater failed to complete the design plan.
He gave the guilty-looking little player a quirky look and asked in a bizarre tone:
"So, my Warrior, allow me to ask you this pressing question: if I require you to design six residential areas for my subjects within two months, what would your plan and execution look like?"
This question left Dust Beater silent for a moment, then he said thoughtfully:
"The simplest method I can think of is the Khrushchev building... um, it's an architectural style where we come from. It aims to sacrifice function for ultimate utilization. You can think of it as a seven-story high tower with 10 to 20 rooms on each floor, each building can accommodate thousands of residents.
But I find it hard to realize it in your city because we don't have cement...
