Plus, with Miss Murphy's ultra-serious, no-joking expression, it was apparent that she had not the slightest concern about how her unique appearance might influence others' impressions of her.
Murphy had to bite her tongue sharply to prevent herself from commenting.
At this point, she was completely sure: the Miss Murphy who maintained a stern and cold demeanor in public was, inwardly, an innocent simpleton without any sensibility of common knowledge. It was hard to imagine how she developed such a character.
But then again, wasn't this just the typical multi-colored life of the Eternal Species?

Not to mention that there was a self-proclaimed 500-year-old vampire in her own house who was still terribly addicted to alcohol, only reinforcing this point.
