In the morning of the second day, Major Fraser, the head of intelligence at Pioneer Fortress, quickly received a report from the dispatched scouts, informing him through the Calculating Pearl that last night's battle had ended.
From the look of it, the White Oak Battle Group had narrowly escaped a disaster.
That was a relief to the Major.
However, before he could even start outlining his action report, another scout delivered news that robbed him of any appetite for breakfast.
"Major, the war fog spread by the Circle Tower Psychics has completely dissipated, but we found something the Transian people left behind at the border!"
