The bonfire of the witch hunter's camp danced and burned in the darkness, resembling specks of stars in the night.
But the night was far from quiet.
Especially in the ruins of the outer city area just separated by a wall, many collectors from the survivors' camps were still bustling around.
After Jed's gang died, Murphy had announced the next step of his plan to the people in the survivor's camp. They were going to move back onto this land that had been cleansed by fire quite soon. They wouldn't have to gaze at their homeland from within the camp anymore.
The survivors felt uplifted by this.
Especially when Murphy allowed the militiamen to participate in the hunt for Jed's gang!
Even though his actions didn't include much explanations, they didn't hinder the smart people in the camp from seeing how the new Lord Murphy viewed his own kind.
