(An added chapter for Brother 'Huo is pretty good' [3/20])
"Damn, this is just brutal."
After the battle, Stick Brother, who was lucky enough to survive, circled the battlefield with Bomber Four. Looking at the bodies of players from whom the Calculating Pearls had been retrieved, he sighed deeply.
Because Murphy had disguised them, they wouldn't immediately dissolve into points of light upon death. Their bodies could be preserved for several hours due to the stability of the Spiritual Energy Dog Tags. This allowed the 17 lucky surviving players to witness the bizarre ways their comrades had died.
The more normal ones were killed by Vampires in various ways, while the unusual ones were carried up to the sky by Vampires and then dropped to their deaths.
And then, the extremely rare case of Coo Coo Chicken was just embarrassing. It was caught in a "live together, die together" scenario with a Vampire during execution.
The death was simply gruesome.
