Under a gloomy sky mixed with wind and thunder, Immortal Qi Jing, holding a map, nodded towards a towering mountain range shrouded in darkness ahead.
"This is the Dragon Thorn Ridge marked on the map."
Immortal Qi Jing, Sword Emperor of the Western Sea, Jiang Yuebai, and Chu Liang came to Shenxu, following the route drawn on the map. Qi Jing was used to roaming Shenxu and familiar with many areas, so the first half of their journey went very smoothly,
This barren mountain ridge stretched from north to south, blocking the path for thousands of miles, towering into the clouds with not a trace of life in sight. It was not unusual for there to be no creatures in some areas of Shenxu, but a deathly silence without even the slightest sound was somewhat eerie.
Shenxu Temple was a place of danger and mystery in the world, and the journey there was equally unpredictable.
