In the upper levels of the Sky-north Prison, there are two areas. One belongs to the Prison King, and the other to Warden Zuo.
Warden Zuo Ci of the Regent Residence spends most of his years cultivating in quietude within his chamber, rarely venturing out. It can't be helped, even though the Prison King can occasionally leave the Sky-north Prison to roam about, he cannot. Even if he wishes to step out, he could only do so during his spare time by leaving a clone behind.
His true body is responsible for connecting the Daoist Rite with the Sky-north Prison and cannot leave no matter what.
