Among the many treasures of the Jiuli that exist in the Mortal Realm, the largest secret realm was a small world he had created himself, referred to as the "Supreme God's Legacy" by Elder Tan.
In preparation for this, he made ready for a grand war, in which the Evil God took all of the Jiuli Tribe Members to participate in the battle. Only an Iron Eating Beast and the most loyal lineage of the Human Clan were left behind in the small world to guard the Secret Realm for him.
This war, the Evil God never returned.
All of the Jiuli Tribe Members, without exception, perished.
"Who was his opponent?" Chu Liang could not help but ask when he heard this.
"I don't know," Elder Tan shook his head, "Our ancestor didn't pass down anything about that battle, only that the Jiuli Supreme God called it the 'Ascension War'."
"Ascension War?" Chu Liang murmured to himself.
