He, too, had been wrung out by Chu Liang not long before, and was cultivating in seclusion within the Misty Mountain Sect when suddenly, with a loud rumble, a huge lotus flower fell from the sky, smashing a hole in the mountain and nearly shattering it.
"What the? What the?" Immortal Jiuyi flashed out, "Is Yunque Temple dropping things from the sky?"
The disciples of the Misty Mountain Sect swarmed over like bees, looking up to see a big hole in the sky; looking down to see a hole in the ground as well.
It was then that a seven-colored lotus emerged from the deep pit that led straight to the sea floor, revealing none other than the Law Lotus Platform. Zen Master Da Yu, blood surging with energy, said in a deep voice, "Venerable Wanfa is a godly being of ancient Buddhism, now here to reclaim his physical body. He seeks the Longevity Path, to slaughter all living beings!"
