In our world, the Nine States were considered a pilgrimage site because Shenxu existed there," Venerable Wanfa began his tale, with Zen Master Da Yu listening intently.
"I too had been a Buddhist Disciple since youth, my teachers always said I had a profound connection with Buddhism, and my path of cultivation was smooth. At a young age, I had already become a Primordial Taoist Leader, a great power, and even more, within less than a century, I had reached the status of Limiter."
Though his words were astonishing, Zen Master Da Yu did not question them.
He realized that the other might well be among those few legendary figures in the human history, whose names were mentioned lightly but who were the brilliance of their time.
