Keira knew that Uncle Olsen was allowing her to explain and make a statement to the public, so she said, "I was blind in my youth, but now I've learned my lesson."

She scoffed and looked toward everyone, speaking indifferently. "A hero shouldn't be judged by their past but by the future. Besides, there is a saying in Crera, 'A prodigal who returns is more precious than gold.' If a prodigal can return, why can't a woman do the same?"

Her words left everyone in a momentary stun.

Upon regaining their senses and giving it some thought, it seemed to be indeed the case.
