Executions always took place after midday. Once the weather got hot, Su Luo was no longer as fond of oversleeping as she used to be.
Of course, another reason was that Jiang Shu was not a lover of sleep-ins. He would get up and, being rather clumsy early in the morning, always end up waking Su Luo. Sometimes they would even take part in some early morning partner exercises.
The poor child was so tired inside!
But she had no one to tell!
If she complained, it was deemed as a sign of marital bliss!
Then she was urged to not be ungrateful and appreciate what she had!
Su Luo was utterly exasperated. What was happening to her was not satisfying her or even making her full, instead, she often felt overfed!
Overeating and poor digestion were beginning to take a toll on her body!
Su Luo was about to quietly get up from bed when Jiang Shu's cool hand grabbed hers: "It's just getting light outside. What's the hurry to get up?"
