The demon horde closed in, but the adventurers stood firm, ready to face the impending chaos.
Kyru, wielding his dual Deagles, couldn't resist a moment of wacky banter. As he took aim at a group of demons, he smirked and shouted, "Hey, demons! Ever heard of Dante? Yeah, well, I'm the budget version! Enjoy your trip to the underworld, losers!" His shots echoed through the battlefield, each accompanied by a cheeky insult.
Shiiyo, with his dual P90s, activated his Rocket Barrage skill. Magic circles formed behind him, and he grinned at the demons closing in. "Time to say goodbye!" The magic circles unleashed a barrage of magical projectiles, tearing through the approaching horde with precision.
Risky, showcasing his dual expertise with a sword and pistol, engaged the demons with gun-fu skills. Swift sword strikes combined seamlessly with precise shots, creating a deadly dance of steel and bullets. "You demons are in for a bad day. Baba Yaga sends his regards," Risky quipped as he dispatched his foes with lethal efficiency.
Aizeah faced Malphas once again, their swords clashing in a dance of fire and darkness. Aizeah, unyielding, shouted, "Your mischief ends here, demon! You may be a general, but I've faced fiercer foes in my time." Malphas, enjoying the battle, replied with a sly grin, "Oh, darling, you're in for a delightful surprise!"
The battlefield erupted into chaos, a symphony of gunfire, magic, and clashing blades. The adventurers fought with unwavering determination, their unique styles combining into a formidable force against the demon horde and their mischievous general.
As the others were busy fighting off the horde, Creed took a decisive stance, kneeling and pulling out the long wooden crate he had carried for a while. With precision and speed, he started assembling something ominous. Kyru, in a playful tone, couldn't resist a quip, "Uh, hey, Capt! I think it's time to use that one!" Shiiyo, joining in, added, "Yeah, I'm almost dry on ammo here!" Risky, struggling against the relentless horde, voiced the common sentiment, "There's no end to them!"
Aizeah, locked in combat with Malphas, found herself at a disadvantage due to the gap in their powers. Malphas, reveling in the chaos, taunted, "Looks like this is the end for you humans!"
In the background, after inserting the last piece of his new weapon, Creed looked up, his eyes glowing beneath the helmet. "Rip and Tear," he muttered with a determined growl.
Risky, hearing the distinctive sound of a cylinder spinning, turned his attention to Creed. His eyes widened, and he urgently warned the others, "Everyone! Get down!" The group immediately dove for cover as Creed prepared to unleash a storm.
Creed unleashed hell as the M134 Minigun spun into action. The distinctive whirring sound echoed through the chaos of battle, and the barrels began to rotate with increasing speed. The gun, an intimidating beast of black metal and lethal intent, roared to life. It had a sleek, menacing design, and as the first rounds were fired, it spat a relentless stream of bullets, tearing through the demon horde with brutal efficiency.
The M134 Minigun, a weapon of mass destruction in Creed's capable hands, became a whirlwind of death. Tracer rounds streaked through the air, leaving trails of fiery destruction in their wake. The sheer force of the minigun's firepower created a temporary sanctuary for the adventurers, providing a much-needed respite in the midst of the relentless onslaught.
Malphas and Aizeah were momentarily halted by the thunderous roar of the minigun. The demon general was bewildered as she witnessed her minions being mowed down like wheat before a scythe. The chaos and destruction left her speechless.
"Wa-what the hell was that!?" Malphas exclaimed in confusion, her devilish demeanor faltering.
Aizeah, with a smug chuckle, was also caught off guard by the sheer firepower on display. "Huh, Where the hell did he get that magic item?"
The barrels of the minigun, now overheating, came to a halt after the thirty-second onslaught. Creed, standing amidst the spent shell casings, remarked with a deadpan expression, "One thousand, five hundred rounds for thirty seconds, that's all it had to take them out."
Kyru, ever the playful one, chimed in, "So, Captain, what kind of old shady merchant did you buy that beauty from? Was it the old guy, lurking in some creepy medieval alley, muttering 'What're ya buyin'?' every time he opens his trench coat?"
Creed, taking a moment to catch his breath, responded with a sly grin, "Let's just say I got a lucky drop."
Shiiyo, adjusting his glasses and surveying the aftermath, added, "Lucky or not, that was one hell of a gun. You turned those demons into confetti."
Risky, inspecting the minigun with a raised eyebrow, couldn't resist poking fun, "Didn't know we signed up for a demon barbecue, Captain."
Creed, still holding the minigun, shrugged, "Sometimes you gotta bring out the big guns. Or, in this case, the really big fucking gun."
Aizeah, recovering from the surprise, shot Creed a stern look, "I wish you had informed me earlier about the weapon you were concealing."
Creed, with a sheepish grin, replied, "Surprise element, Guild Master. Keeps you on your toes."
As the banter continued, the adventurers regrouped, their morale lifted by the unexpected firepower at their disposal.
Malphas, now enraged by the destruction of her minions, began to emanate a dark aura. She floated above them, channeling her magic, and a colossal ominous orb formed above her. "You...you dare try to mock me!" she bellowed, her voice echoing with anger. "I'll kill you all!"
"I think we pissed her off," Kyru calmly commented with a poker face. "What's the plan, guys?"
Risky, with a serious face, suggested a plan. "I will heal everyone's fatigue first." He began casting healing spells, a glow surrounding the group. "As soon as she starts to unleash that thing, we only have one option left, and that option is..." He paused for a dramatic moment.
"Running away!" he exclaimed, abruptly jolting out and sprinting away in a cartoonish manner.
Creed, Shiiyo, and Kyru exchanged confused glances. "Did he just...?" Kyru began.
"Yep, he did," Creed confirmed, and with one last look at each other, they too started sprinting, catching up to Risky.
"That was your plan!" Kyru shouted.
"We had no choice! Either run or catch that thing! I still want to live, man!" Risky yelled while maintaining his full sprint, his dramatic and funny escape leaving the others both bewildered and amused as they dashed away from the impending magical onslaught..
As they were running away, Malphas, in anger, unleashed her dark magic orb at them. "Die!" she exclaimed as she threw it, and Aizeah watched in shock as the giant orb of magic disintegrated the trees along the way. "What power," she muttered, horrified by the destructive force.
Meanwhile, our heroes were running for their lives, sprinting in a comical manner.
Risky looked back and saw the giant death orb coming their way. "Oh! My! God!" he exclaimed.
Kyru also glanced back, his eyes widening. "Oh shit, Oh shit, Oh shit, Oh shit!"
Shiiyo, trying to keep his composure, quipped, "I didn't get isekai'd just to get killed like this!"
Creed, running beside them, shouted, "Someone tell me this is a bad dream, and I'll wake up with a cold sweat!"
As they sprinted, the magic orb closed in, relentless in its pursuit. "We can't outrun this thing!" Risky exclaimed in panic. As they continued straight ahead, Kyru spotted a trench just up ahead. "Guys, over there!" he pointed, and with renewed determination, they sprinted even harder. The orb, inches away from them, seemed inevitable, but they managed to dive into the trench, covering their heads as the orb passed through before exploding.
The explosion's force was massive, visible even on the other side of the battlefield. Shocked faces among the adventurers told the tale of the devastation. Aizeah, still with a shocked expression, had thought they had perished. Clenching her fists, she muttered, "No..."
The scene was horrific—trees and hills reduced to ashes and dust. Floating above the air was Malphas, looking down at the destruction with a poker face. "Is that all you've got, humans?" she sneered, turning her attention back to Aizeah. "Now then, all that's left is you," she declared.
Aizeah, seething with anger, looked up defiantly. "You'll pay for this, you little brat!" She readied her weapon, flames starting to engulf it. Malphas mirrored her, readying herself with a dark aura. Just as they were about to clash, a sudden explosion echoed in the distance.
The four emerged from the ground, having been buried but miraculously surviving. "Phew, good thing we're indestructible," Kyru remarked. "I told you guys my plan works," Risky said smugly. "Yeah, so much for a plan," Shiiyo chimed in.
Aizeah, looking at them with a mix of relief and annoyance, muttered, "I'm glad those idiots are alive."
