"Hey, snap out of it. We still have the rats to take care of," Gates said, directing his words to Yusuf and the others. He was unsure what exactly they were thinking about.
In any case, he looked up above to see Ezlynn circling the region as screams erupted all around him.
"It seems it's taking the beast horde a while," Gates thought as he looked back to the situation in front of him. The bandits seemed to have lost their morale a long time ago.
They surrendered, dropping their weapons and wanting nothing to do with this fight again. Turning to look at Gates for their next moves, Gates sighed.
"Like I said before, no one will leave here alive. Feel free to do whatever you want to the best of your abilities. It's just the beginning."
After his words, Yusuf, Rosalia, Sar'har, Jonas, and Ezlynn led the slaughter of the remnants of the bandits, including the women, children, and those of later ages without discrimination.
