A laugh cut through the entire expanse of the warehouse; Gates was laughing. This seemed to not only confuse Jonas but his team as well. Why was he laughing in such a situation?
"Come, Jonas... What is your confidence in front of my Father?" Gates asked, as he really wanted to know. He was sure that even if he used his all, he couldn't beat his father, well, it was until he knew about the second stage of his magic seal.
"Oh? You want to threaten me with your father? Even with his bounty right nex-"
"Shut up for once, dumbass. I'm talking about one thing, and you are saying another," Gates said as he shook his head, disapproving of Jonas's manner of approach.
