"What did you want to talk about?" Lukas asked Karve as the two of them sat in a nearly empty temporary room.
It was the next day now, the last day before they fought the Ghast of Shorstone. Lukas had more or less nothing to do, since the only preparation he needed could be done in less than an hour, or required someone else, such as Maya's thread.
"Do you remember your time spent in Barebreach Camp? It was a few days before our confrontation with Reiden, I believe. At that time, you were still attempting to further your development in my teachings of energy mastery and control. Does that sound familiar?"
Lukas nodded.
"Do you happen to remember a certain night when you were out in a backstreet of Barebreach Camp meditating all night long?"
"Was I really? I thought I passed out."
Karve shrugged.
