Bene's testing of Lukas' Frequency lasted far longer than either of them expected. To the point that the sun had begun to rise by the time they had finished. The culmination of those efforts was a much more in-depth understanding of Lukas' awakened Frequency and the power it gave him.
In short, it allowed him to see five seconds into the future. This future, as Lukas later learned, was the future actions of himself and those around him, should he not possess the information of said foresight. Meaning, outside of Lukas' actions, the future will play out exactly as he sees it.
