Inside the library and records building of Bellrock Outpost, Karve calmly stood browsing a few old files about certain ghasts recorded in the wider area. His face was neutral and his eyes were completely caught between the pages of the documentation.
Eventually, a tap came on his shoulder.
Before he even turned around, he knew who was standing behind him. The person was not only standing in Karve's shadow, but their own shadow was visible to Karve.
It was Bene.
"Winter, what are you doing here?" He asked curiously as he put the documents away.
Bene nervously chuckled.
"How did you know it was me?"
"You're standing in my shadow." Karve responded nonchalantly as he finally turned to see Bene.
