Awoken by the ever-present sound of screeching whistles and the lightest wisps of dawn's light streaming in through the blinds, Lukas got up. Oak wasn't awake, and judging what the time was, he let him rest a little longer while he himself went to eat in the canteen.
He had almost forgotten about the news from last night until he saw the folder sitting idly on the small desk in their room.
'Oh... right.'
The knowledge returned to him, both what he read and was told. In fact, all of yesterday came back to him at that single reminder. Speaking with Kai, speaking with Vesa, nearly dying several times, and even the start of the day when he had briefly met Cary.
He knew what the folder's contents said, so he had little reason to reread it beyond refreshing his mind. So, he left. Maybe he would grab and read it later if and when he returned to wake up Oak. Maybe even Oak would pick it up, assuming he could read it.
