The day went by much as the previous two did. It was nothing the trio couldn't handle but by no means an easy task. At this point, Lukas was glad he wasn't part of a scouting team. The energy they must expend and the constant stress they must be under, it was something Lukas was glad not to experience.
On this day, there was no frightful ghast encounter of any kind, only the, now, standard call and rescue that had been consistent with the last two days. Although, Lukas did have a few near-death experiences that his Frequency helped to rectify and undo. It was harrowing to go through such an ordeal again. But all that remained of it afterwards was the mental scars, for the physical ones had been purged from time—a splintered arrow of time in a sense.
