"So," Oak said, "uh... when I used my Frequency on it... I don't know how to describe it. Something weird happened. It was... I can't describe it. But, anyway, uh... after that the ghoul's heart became stored in my Frequency. That's probably when it froze I guess. That would make sense."
Oak froze up and sat silently for a few seconds, lost in thought.
"Oh, okay. So, when the heart became stored in my Frequency something... strange happened, I guess? So, normally, I need to think about things, right? Otherwise, I lose it. I've told you this before, remember when I lost my dagger in that one fight with you?"
