Lukas watched Vyper wander around the room and clean itself as he waited for Oak and Vesa to arrive. After Vesa told him where to go, he went there since he had nothing else to do. He found Vyper outside the door scratching at it. She meowed at him when he came up to the door. When he opened it she went in and showed no sign of wanting to leave even after Lukas closed the door on his way in.
When Vesa knocked on the door to his and Oak's room, as well as when he watched her leave, she didn't walk with a crutch of any kind. She had a strong limp but didn't use any aid. He didn't get a good look at her face, but by the way she walked, it seemed at least a little painful.
Lukas sighed.
'There's no point in focusing on stuff like that.' He thought. 'Why does it matter if she's showing any signs of pain or not, she probably still felt it.'
