Wels' laugh broke the stiff tension in the air. It was more of a series of extended chuckles, but the rhythmic sound helped break apart the serious atmosphere.
"I can read through the eyes of my crows. Maybe I could explain it to you later, but I'm curious to see what you've been investigating. You said you're looking into why the rarer ghasts are so rare and different from all the rest, correct? Why don't you explain what you've found so far, and how you came to those conclusions?"
Lukas took a deep breath. This was going to take a bit.
"Well... to start, while I was in Bellrock Outpost I got curious about some of the ways people described ghasts, so I went to the records room there. I found documents stating how these ghasts have an aura of... mostly emotional powers, such as inflicting a sense of sorrow and grief or rage. But these seemed eerily similar to Frequencies, at least to me."
