"I can't take this much longer!" Vesa complained to Maya.
Vesa was sitting on the side of her bed at Mystic Camp during a break she took shortly before sleeping. Maya was in the room as well, since she wanted to speak with Vesa earlier about how to apply proper stitching to a wound.
But now, they had gotten onto the topic of Vesa's role at Mystic Camp, the nature of ghast blood infections, and how much she had to do.
"Every day I have to treat someone for possible ghast blood infections. Some of the other cases need my supervision because all of the best nurses in my subdivision are as overworked as I am. And guess what?! Some of those ghast blood cases have nothing to do with ghasts! Half of them are people scared that some ghoul blood got on their clothes. At least one person only had his own blood on him."
"Really?" Maya asked.
