The rest of the meeting was fairly standard, as far as Lukas was aware. Wels simply answered a few questions that people raised, and didn't say much more than what he had, aside from answering of course.
He arranged the meeting to announce his presence in Mystic Camp, give a brief summary of what the plan was, and grant Oak and Axel their titles.
The last note was brushed off by Lukas either, he was quite surprised by their titles. He honestly didn't expect them to be given titles so soon, especially not Oak!
To Lukas, Oak hadn't seemed all too impressive. Of course, that wasn't to say Lukas thought little of his friend. In fact, Lukas thought Oak's Frequency was really interesting, and its ability to be used on ghouls was impressive and often made most encounters of theirs much faster and safer as a result.
