"Are you sure?" Karve asked Wels.
"Yes, I am. I know how much of a risk it is, but seeing how difficult it would be to communicate otherwise, I don't see why I wouldn't."
"But, sir, I know you trust in my abilities, but how certain are you that we will arrive without issue?"
Wels frowned slightly.
"I can't see the future, but from what I know we should arrive unharmed. Without issue, on the other hand, I cannot say. If you are alluding to the Ghast of Shorstone, we shouldn't run into that beast."
"Are you still watching it?"
Wels nodded.
"Yes, although sometimes I lose track of it temporarily. It doesn't seem to like being observed."
Karve, intrigued by the statement, tilted his head.
"Is that perhaps a way of dealing with it?"
Wels' frown deepened.
