"Uh... that sounds familiar, let me check really quickly."
Lukas stood by the front desk of the administrative centre as he waited for the attendant to look for the paper Vesa told him about. She advised him to check if it was ready, so here he was, waiting. Based on what Vesa had said, his hopes were slim that it was ready now. But, at the same time, it shouldn't be difficult to make. Most of it anyway.
From what Lukas was told, it should just be a paper or document detailing the role of a scouting team, how they operate, advice, and whatnot. The only thing potentially unique about it would be the specific directions made for Lukas' group, as opposed to any other group.
"It was there. My apologies, I must've sorted it instead of giving it to you. It looks like it was made today, I was only given it today, I didn't know it was made today as well. Anyway, here you are."
