The other, less injured, man turned to Lukas and Oak.
"You boys and the other one going to take him back?"
Lukas looked over and pointed at Axel.
"He will, or I will if he can't."
Looking back at Axel, the ghoul had already been dealt with and was, very clearly, a ghoul. Thankfully, the man had only misspoken and did not truly mean they were attacked by a ghast, although that wouldn't be surprising considering the circumstances.
But now that it was dead, he started coming over to Lukas and Oak.
"Hey, your uniform, are you a Hunter?"
Lukas turned back to the less injured man.
"Huh? Yeah."
"Oh, 'Weaver of Time'. How new are you? I haven't heard of you before."
"Well, it would have been around then... so... about four weeks ago?"
"Only about a month ago!? You really are new, guess I'm a little out of the loop. You seem young too, doesn't give me much hope for becoming a Hunter myself."
