It is because of these extremely spooky warnings that Ana decided to cut down on his lady in waiting list.
And that is why he asked Tatiana to not try to pursue him and instead just become friends with Anya, which Tatiana, unbeknownst to Ana, has interpreted as Ana asking her to first become humble if she wants him to pay attention to her.
But the real reason why Ana quickly left the field is because he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the character list.
"She's just infatuated and not more?" Ana was devastated after learning that Eva was 'only infatuated' with him and that's why he was currently on his way to swoon Eva completely and just marry her off the bat, right there and then, if required.
"Who's infatuated with who?" Toti, who was following behind, couldn't understand what Ana was mumbling.
"Ah! This feels terrible!" Ana rubbed his forehead as he walked aimlessly in search of Eva, wondering what he had to do to make Eva love him more.

"Is this about Klara?" Toti figured that the cause of Ana's grief was most likely a woman. "If it's about her, then don't worry. She's a good girl, albeit sometimes she gets a bit physical, but I have never seen her hurt anyone seriously other than Klein."
"Klara…" Ana had forgotten about her.
So he checked the list again and found that Klara was obsessed with him.
"But why is she obsessed…?" Ana mumbled again.
"Obsessed? Ana, you did not perchance agree to one of her contracts, right?" Toti connected the dots, Klara obsessively asking about Ana's name and Ana looking anxious all of a sudden.
"Contract? No, I don't recall agreeing to any such thing." Ana obviously told the truth but then he remembered something so he opened up his system screen by fiddling with his smartwatch.
"Then you don't really have to worry since you're not alone. Klara is a strong matriarch candidate with huge potential, and that's why most of us fear being contracted to her, uh you know… we don't want to end up like Klein…" Toti was saying that Ana didn't have to feel guilty for rejecting Klara's prodigious contract since it came with huge risks of insanity.

"Wait, Toti. I think Klara forced a contract on me." Ana realized that he had gotten himself trapped in some weird stuff again.
"Forced a contract? No, that cannot be, Ana." Toti shook his head. "A contract is a very mutual thing."
"Mutual?" Ana thought that nothing in this contract seemed mutual.
"Yeah, about that, I was actually impressed last night. How did you know that Klara was slipping a contract in her words?"
"Slipping a contract in her words…?" Ana was hearing this for the first time.
"Yeah, like even I almost blundered when she asked me that question, and it was only thanks to the rumors I heard about her group tricking guys, stripping them naked and having them pump their bodies on the ground, that I found it all suspicious, and narrowly escaped it. Only later did I come to know that she is so talented that she has the power to hide contracts in her words, a very strong and rare powe-"
"..." Ana held Toti's shoulders and squeezed it.

Ana reminisced the sweet things that he did with Klara after Toti left but Ana couldn't remember saying yes to any of Klara's questions.

"No, Ana, it's a mutual thing like I said. Now, the only other way she could have done it is if you consented to having your body touched by her for the whole contractual process, but I'm sure you wouldn't do that, so I think it's most likely that she tricked you with one of her acts, and then again, if she actually did, why did she not get your name too while she was at it?"
"..." Ana's headache returned a hundredfold as he watched his intelligent roommate crack the deception that Klara Orlov had played on the innocent being named Ana Krauser.
"But Ana, if that is the case, then you can go and complain to the teacher that you were tricked. Tell them the truth and everything that happened last night and I'm sure Klara will be punished, and since it's most likely a prank, it's likely just a temporary contract, so it can easily be revoked." Toti smiled and alleviated Ana's worries, not knowing that it was a permanent contract, duly signed by Ana's dick, with zero chances of revoking.
"..." Ana, however, had the opposite effect from Toti's harmless consolation.
"And besides, Klara is a good girl-" Toti, while justifying Klara's delinquency, suddenly grabbed Ana's shoulder and pointed towards a small crack that had appeared behind Ana's body. "Hey wait, what's that?"
"What's what…" Ana was tired, so he slowly turned his body around, ready to drop dead due to all the fatigue he had accumulated in just 5 minutes, when the crack behind him, widened and split open.

Klara had ditched all the questioning and run away from her responsibilities that required her to take care of Klein's dead body.
"Is she angry that I didn't stay with him?"
Klara received the call and answered, still unwilling to talk about the events that transpired last night.
