Chapter 19 - Chapter 19

The demonic realm is divided into seven layers, with each layer growing progressively darker and inhabited by increasingly formidable creatures.

In ancient times, Lucifer descended upon the demonic realm in the guise of a fallen angel, subduing the various demonic beasts on each layer. However, he found himself powerless against the hellish black dragon on the seventh layer. Sending others proved futile, and his personal attempts ended in escapades. Ironically, this dragon seemed to relish opposing him, causing considerable annoyance.

Now, with me as his compelled subordinate, adhering to the principle of not letting resources go to waste, Lucifer has, in a semi-coercive and semi-enticing manner, assigned me the task of slaying the dragon.

Mounted on flying dragons, the aerial cavalry of dragon riders and the ground forces riding the swift Wind Phantom Dragons arrived above the seventh layer of the demonic realm. The members of the land-based forces, riding Wind Phantom Dragons, swiftly advanced on the ground, establishing an expansive camp with remarkable efficiency.

As the flying dragons descended, I leaped down from the dragon's back, stretching my arms in a lazy yawn. Obediently, Ayame lightly massaged my back, providing an exquisite sensation.

The ethereally beautiful and frosty air combat officer, Shanon, approached me. "Captain, I request permission to go and investigate the whereabouts of the Hell Black Dragon. Please grant your approval."

Though her voice was cold and stern, it resonated like the crisp shattering of ice, carrying the fragrance of plum blossoms in the snow.

Glancing at this ice queen, I replied, "Very well, go ahead, but be extremely cautious."

A hint of brilliance flashed in Shanon's beautiful eyes, fleeting yet captivating. She saluted and swiftly ascended a flying dragon, spreading its wings as it soared into the sky.

Ayame whispered into my ear, "Master, the icy beauty seems to have taken a liking to you. She is the beloved of the Demon King, a natural ice mountain. Despite her cold exterior, her gaze just now couldn't hide her true feelings. You truly are blessed."

I gently lifted her rounded chin, smiling, "Jealous, my dear? Don't worry, regardless of how many women I have, as long as you are treated well, you will always be mine."

Blushing, Ayame murmured, "I don't care about the others. As long as you treat me well, I will always be yours." Nestling into my embrace, she continued, "Master, I suggest you capture Shanon's heart. Despite her cold demeanor, I can guarantee that once she genuinely falls in love, she'll become as passionate as fire!"

With Ayame exclusively devoted to me, I held her tightly, feeling truly moved. Having her meant having everything.

The dragon riders' actions required no direction from me; everything proceeded with remarkable order. While Laharlth and Rowe efficiently commanded, I, as the captain, had little to do.

Enjoying the leisure, I entered the tent specially arranged for me, embracing Ayame as I extended my left hand, fingers spread. "Yue, come forth."

In a flicker of white radiance, Yue materialized from the "Ring of Extinction," standing gracefully before me. Clad in silver-white armor composed of energy, she resembled a peerless goddess of war. Unable to resist the allure, I released Ayame and embraced Yue.

Yue let out a surprised cry but offered no resistance. Instead, she willingly dispelled the rigid armor, her supple form nestling against me.

Since the last kiss in the treasury, Yue, having experienced the embrace of man and woman, ignited a flame that had accumulated for tens of thousands of years. Even in her spiritual form concealed in another dimensional space, this divine angel involuntarily connected her soul with mine. Consequently, our intimate moments with Ayame reflected in the pristine and chaste heart of this angel, intensifying her longing for my affection.

Yue's jade arms encircled my neck, her enchanting eyes responding passionately to my kisses. Rosy hues blossomed on her snow-white skin, presenting an irresistibly charming sight. This unrestrained display of spring passion on the "Radiant Angel," normally characterized by purity, heightened the allure to an extraordinary level.

Typically, critical moments herald the intrusion of disruptive events. Just as I reached to caress Yue's voluptuous curves, preparing to savor the enchanting beauty of this celestial angel, an extremely frigid and peculiar energy suddenly burst into the tent, directly targeting the now-aroused Yue in my arms.

Yue, already lost in passion, and I, unable to react in time, were fortunately shielded by Ayame, who swiftly moved before us, creating a black light shield to ward off the biting and intense energy flow.

The tent disintegrated into countless fragments, revealing a young armored man with a long spear standing outside—the unexpected presence of the dragon rider and land-based commander, Laharlth.

Startled, Yue regained her composure, paying no mind to her disheveled attire. Extending six radiant wings, she shielded me with her shining divine light, presenting a stark contrast to her previous unrestrained demeanor.

Surrounded by dragon riders, unsheathed weapons emitting a palpable killing intent, Laharlth and Rowe focused on Yue, ready to strike at the slightest sign of danger.

In a stern tone, I exclaimed, "Laharlth, Rowe, what are you up to?"

Vigilantly observing Yue, Laharlth replied, "Reporting to the captain, moments ago, I sensed a unique angelic aura in the captain's tent. Concerned for the captain and the princess' safety, we intervened. As expected, there is an angel here, and it's the 'Radiant Angel.' Are you unharmed, Captain?"

Relieved, I patted Yue's fragrant shoulder, saying, "You've misunderstood. This 'Radiant Angel,' Yue, has renounced her angelic status. She is now my woman and poses no threat to me."

Hearing Yue's name, the dragon riders collectively inhaled sharply. They were familiar with the stories of the ancient war between gods and demons, and to learn that the legendary 'Dawn Angel,' once comparable to the Demon King, had become the woman of their eccentric captain was beyond belief.

Angels, the arch-enemies of demons.

Yue retracted her wings, standing hand in hand with Ayame. Softly, she declared, "To all members of the demonic clan, I am no longer an angel. I am now the sister of your princess and the handmaiden to your captain."

Two women with vastly different temperaments stood together—a captivating beauty as enchanting as a peony and an elegantly pure figure akin to a white lotus. Even the battle-hardened dragon riders, hearts as tough as iron, couldn't help but be dazzled and enchanted, secretly admiring the captain's extraordinary romantic fortune.

A dark radiance flashed on Laharlth and Rowe's bodies, and their armor transformed into metallic ornaments, assembling onto their long spear and sword. Kneeling down, they said, "We offended earlier. Please punish us, Captain."

I chuckled, "Forget it, as long as you don't ruin the mood in the future. I was about to enjoy myself, but you all interrupted."

Laharlth and Rowe naturally understood my meaning. Despite their stern demeanor, they couldn't help blushing, standing awkwardly on the side.

Suddenly, a massive explosion resonated from the distance, and we all sensed the fluctuation of energy. Rowe, with a solemn expression, remarked, "Is it Shanon? She must have encountered an enemy."

Furrowing my brows, I knew it was Shanon, who had gone for reconnaissance, meeting adversaries. A delicate girl, even if powerful, is still a girl.

I called out, "Yue, Ayame, follow me."

With that, I unleashed the highest-level wind magic, "Wind of Extreme Motion," soaring into the sky with a flash of azure light. None present, except for Yue, saw my movements.

Yue unfurled her six wings, transforming into a white light shooting into the air. Ayame chanted the "Instant Teleportation" incantation, flying closely behind.

Most of the dragon riders excelled in melee combat, and their magical abilities were primarily offensive. Unskilled in high-speed magical movements, they hastily mounted flying dragons, ascending into the sky.
