Chapter 84 - Too Many People

The cool evening breeze blew gently through the front yard, where Mr. Wei's hearty laughter echoed. He had chosen a storage ring that could enhance his attack power eight times, with a storage space comparable to Mr. Qiao's. This made Mr. Qiao envious.

The storage rings chosen by the others all had similar internal spaces. Jiang Wan's ring, however, was a rare find—it assisted in cultivation by allowing the wearer to enter a state of selfless meditation almost instantly. This type of cultivation was a rare opportunity, and Jiang Wan was thrilled to have such a ring.

Most of the rings Horn had provided were designed to increase attack power, but Jiang Wan had been fortunate to receive one that significantly boosted her cultivation speed instead.

Among the group, only Lin Zixuan and Tang Yuxin had yet to select their rings. With only Horn, Tang Yuxin, and Lin Zixuan left in the hall, Horn retrieved a blue ring from his own collection and presented it to Tang Yuxin.

"This ring was crafted by me," Horn said. "It has an internal space of over 100,000 square meters and a height of 100 meters."

This was a significant upgrade compared to the previous rings, which had less than 10,000 square meters of space and were only 20 meters high.

Horn continued, "This ring has three special abilities: it increases your attack power ten times, allows you to quickly enter a state of selfless cultivation, and makes you immune to all poisons."

Tang Yuxin was taken aback by the ring's features. She accepted it shyly, realizing the significance of receiving a handcrafted item from Horn. Her eyes widened in amazement, realizing Horn could even create storage rings himself.

Lin Zixuan, observing the exchange, was surprised. Horn noticed the change in her expression and explained, "Crafting these rings is quite challenging. The ones I handed out were collected, but the ones I make are for my close ones."

Tang Yuxin's cheeks flushed even redder as she quietly retreated, saying she needed to take a shower. She hurried upstairs, eager to activate the ring's functions alone.

Lin Zixuan, intrigued, watched her leave before Horn handed her a purple storage ring. "This one is for you," Horn said. "It has the same additional abilities as the blue one."

Lin Zixuan's response was dismissive, "Who cares?"

Despite her words, she quickly reached for the purple ring and took it from Horn. Purple was her favorite color, and she was pleased.

"Since you're so sincere, I'll accept it," she said with a hint of satisfaction. "I'm tired. I'm going to rest now."

Lin Zixuan went upstairs, leaving Horn in the hall.

Not long after, Jiang Wan and the others returned. Wang Menglu asked, "Where are Yuxin and Dean Lin? Have they finished selecting their rings?"

Horn replied casually, "They're a bit tired and went upstairs to rest."

Jiang Wan eyed Horn suspiciously but said nothing. She, along with the others, continued to enjoy the rings' benefits.

As Horn went upstairs to his room, Jiang Wan found an excuse to follow him. After a shower, she entered Horn's room wearing a revealing sling without knocking. Horn, seated on the bed, was taken aback by her appearance.

Jiang Wan closed the door behind her. "What are you doing in my room?" Horn asked.

Jiang Wan sat beside him, the scent of a mature woman enveloping Horn. "Brother Horn, I'm here to keep you warm," she said, leaning in closely.

Her figure, accentuated by the tight sling, was striking. Horn noticed that Jiang Wan wasn't wearing a bra, and her proximity was intensely distracting.

Jiang Wan's beauty was distinct—fiery and passionate compared to Lin Zixuan's cold elegance and Tang Yuxin's gentle demeanor. "Brother Horn, do you think I'm beautiful?" she asked, her lips close to his ear as she brushed against his arm.

Horn's thoughts were interrupted by a sudden knock on the door. Before he could respond, the door opened to reveal Lin Zixuan, clad in silk pajamas.

With no time to escape, Jiang Wan quickly hid under the quilt. The scene was becoming all too familiar.

Horn, caught off guard, could only lift the quilt with his legs. Lin Zixuan, failing to notice Jiang Wan, asked coolly, "Young disciple, what kind of relationship do we have now?"

Before Horn could ask Lin Zixuan to lock the door, the sound of the lock turning was heard. "Horn, I'm coming in!" Tang Yuxin's voice followed.

Lin Zixuan, not wanting Tang Yuxin to see her in Horn's room so late, attempted to retreat but it was too late. Tang Yuxin had already entered and headed straight for the bed.

Seeing Tang Yuxin, Lin Zixuan sighed in relief upon noticing Jiang Wan under the quilt. The two women exchanged silent glances.

Tang Yuxin, shy but determined, had been encouraged by Wang Menglu to approach Horn. She wanted to spend the night with him, lifting the quilt to join Horn in bed.

Horn, overwhelmed by the situation, could only look on in frustration at the crowded bed.
