Tokyo - Violent Neighborhood
Riser was not intimidated, but his expression grew more serious. "Do you really think you have any chance against me in this state? You're nothing but a broken puppet."
Diodora, despite his unstable condition, gathered all his strength. His mind was fixed on a single goal: revenge. "You... will see, Riser. I will... destroy you."
Riser observed Diodora, seeing the red energy pulsing and trembling around him. It was evident that Diodora was in a critical state, but his determination and madness made him dangerous.
The surrounding environment was desolate, with debris and rubble from the explosion scattered everywhere. Smoke still rose from some parts of the area, and the smell of destruction hung in the air. The neighborhood, usually bustling and chaotic, was now eerily silent, except for the occasional sound of small explosions and the crackling of fires.
Riser thought no one could blame him for killing a madman who destroyed a part of Tokyo. He knew that if he didn't deal with Diodora now, the situation could worsen even more.
"Diodora, you've stopped being a personal problem. Now, you're a danger to everyone around you," Riser said, his voice firm and authoritative. "I'm going to end this now."
With that, Riser prepared to attack. He invoked an aura of fire around his body, the warm and intense energy radiating from his hands. The flames danced around him, reflecting in his eyes with a determined glow.
Diodora charged with a scream of fury, the red energy exploding from his body in a desperate attack. Riser, with quick reflexes, dodged Diodora's attacks, moving with agility and precision. The red energy blasts whizzed past him, hitting the surrounding buildings and causing more destruction.
With a fluid movement, Riser launched a burst of flames directly at Diodora. The flames collided with the red energy, creating an explosion of light and heat. Diodora recoiled but quickly recovered, charging again with a crazed look.
"Damn, you're persistent," Riser muttered, focusing on increasing the intensity of his flames.
Diodora, with the red energy still violently pulsing around him, launched a fierce attack, trying to hit Riser with everything he had. But Riser, with superior skills and a clear mind, managed to avoid the attacks and counterattack with precision.
Riser's flames engulfed Diodora, burning his flesh and making him scream in pain.
"ARGHHH!"
Diodora fell to his knees, his strength finally exhausted. The red energy around him began to fade, leaving him vulnerable and defeated. Riser, watching the scene, maintained his firm stance, ready to deliver the final blow.
Although Riser wanted to kill Diodora, he didn't want to destroy the body. Riser intended to take the body to the Astaroth family as a demonstration of power and to avoid future complications. He needed to ensure that Diodora was dead, but that his body remained intact.
Riser raised his hand, concentrating all his energy on one final attack. The flames around him intensified, becoming almost blinding. With a decisive movement, he launched a powerful burst of fire directly at Diodora, controlling the intensity to avoid completely destroying the body.
The flames enveloped Diodora, burning him intensely but in a controlled manner. Diodora's body fell to the ground, inert, as the flames slowly extinguished, leaving only a charred but still recognizable corpse.
Riser observed Diodora's burnt corpse, feeling a mix of satisfaction and relief. He knew he had eliminated a significant threat. As he looked at the body, the system announced in his mind:
[+1500 luck points for killing a major villain]
[5300 luck points in total]
Riser took a deep breath, knowing he needed to inform Serafall about what had happened. He traced a magic circle in the air, establishing a communication connection with Serafall.
"Serafall, I need to speak with you immediately!"
Film Set
Serafall was filming a scene for her new movie when she felt the familiar sensation of a magical communication. Her playful expression turned into one of serious curiosity as she saw Riser's face in the magic circle.
"Riser-chan! What happened?" she asked, her voice still carrying a characteristic lightness but with an underlying seriousness.
"Serafall, I'm in Tokyo and just faced Diodora. He completely lost control and caused massive destruction. I need your help to deal with this. His body is here," said Riser, keeping his voice firm.
Serafall sighed, knowing the situation was grave. "Riser-chan, Diodora's death could cause problems with the Astaroth family and with Ajuka. We have to be careful."
Tokyo - Violent Neighborhood
With a flash of light, Serafall teleported to the location where Riser and Diodora's corpse were. She looked around, seeing the destruction and Diodora's inert body. Her expression became more serious, but there was still a playful glimmer in her eyes.
"Riser-chan, you really made a mess here," she said, walking up to him. "But we need to think about the consequences. The Astaroth family and Ajuka won't like this at all."
Riser crossed his arms, his gaze confident and determined. "If they want trouble, they can come to my door. I won't hide or apologize for eliminating a threat like Diodora."
Serafall sighed but nodded. "I understand. I'll help handle this. I'll talk to the Astaroth family and try to smooth things over."
Riser smiled slightly. "Thank you, Serafall. Now, I need to return to Ruval's mansion. I'll ask him to send people to fix the city and hypnotize the humans. I'll say it was a natural disaster."
Serafall nodded, maintaining her light tone even in such a serious situation. "Leave it to me, Riser-chan. I'll take care of things here. Return safely."
Riser traced a magic circle under his feet and teleported back to Ruval's mansion.
Ruval's Mansion - Meeting Room
Riser appeared in the meeting room, where Ruval, Ravel, Asia, and Yubelluna were still present. Ruval stood up upon seeing his brother return.
"Riser, what happened?" asked Ruval
"It's a long story, Ruval. But, in short, Diodora caused a huge problem in Tokyo. I need you to send people from your Peerage to rebuild the city and hypnotize the humans, making them believe it was a natural disaster."
Ruval nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. "Understood, Riser. I'll mobilize my Peerage immediately. We'll fix this as quickly as possible."
Riser looked at Ravel and Asia, who were visibly worried but relieved to see him return safely. "Ravel, Asia, everything is fine now. We'll take care of this."
Ravel nodded vigorously, still a bit shaken. "Onii-sama, it's good to have you back. We were worried."
Asia smiled shyly, expressing her relief in a more contained manner. "We're happy you're safe, Riser-sama."
With the decision made, Ruval quickly prepared to send his Peerage to Tokyo. The group was determined to fix the city and ensure that the truth about what happened remained hidden from humans.
Astaroth Mansion - Main Entrance
Serafall arrived at the Astaroth mansion with a flash of light, bringing with her an unmistakable aura of authority. Floating beside her was Diodora's inert body, enveloped in a magical light that kept its form intact but visibly dead. Serafall knew the situation required delicacy but also unyielding firmness.
The mansion was in a state of controlled chaos. Servants and members of Diodora's Peerage were running around, trying to deal with the damage and confusion left by Diodora's attack. Serafall's presence drew everyone's attention, and a heavy silence fell over the place as she approached the main entrance.
Sirzechs, already present at the mansion to assess the situation, came out to meet her. His expression was serious, reflecting the gravity of the moment. Seeing Serafall and Diodora's body, he frowned, understanding the depth of the tragedy.
"Serafall, is that...?" asked Sirzechs, looking at Diodora's floating body.
Serafall nodded, her voice firm but filled with compassion. "Yes, Sirzechs. Diodora is dead. Riser was forced to kill him to prevent further destruction. I'm here to explain the situation and try to mitigate the consequences."
Sirzechs maintained a serious expression, but inside, he felt hidden relief. Diodora's death meant that his sister, Rias, was free from the forced marriage contract. He knew this tragedy could bring some good to his family, but he couldn't let his true emotions show at that moment.
"I understand, Serafall. Let's go in and explain everything to Dimitri. He is very shaken," said Sirzechs, guiding her inside the mansion.
