The first two levels were enough to attract many from the lower levels of blood refinement to earth immortal stage yet the third level attracted even the heavenly immortals and immortal kings,the reason, the trial of will.
It not only tested one's will but also strengthened it by a large margin.
It uses the principles of, " one should face one's fear that one is reborn stronger" and yet it takes it to the highest level.
It reads one's deepest fears and traps one in an illusion that it replaid over and over again till one truly recognizes and overcomes their fears and guilt.
It can even be used to repair broken dao hearts which was previously thought impossible.
This level not only did that but also helps destroy one's heart demon as it can help one materialize the heart demon allowing you to face the heart demon.
This elevated the tower from a simple trial for the juniors and those below immortal king realms when a peak heavenly immortal fought his heart demon and directly ascended to the immortal king realms .
There brought a lot of attention from the ruling clans of both the beast world and the other realms as this may cause an imbalance in the powers yet all this was a guise for the greed for more power.
The reason for all this was because the benefit of a strong will becomes noticed in the heavenly realms, immortal king realms but mostly in the immortal emperor realms as ones will along with comprehension is what molds one's dao as the will goes a step further and bears the weight of the dao.
Hence in conclusion , a strong will equals a strong dao.
As a result of all this, a letter was sent to the city lord of green river city inviting the tower lord of the black tower to discuss the security of the tower and it's impact on the beast realm. This letter was sent by the beast council's leader, the Azure dragon king.
